There is a large area of white zone half way down the block.
It hasn’t been recently cleared but if you wish to keep stock on the land it would allow for a great area to clear and do improved pasture or if you would like to plant a stand of trees or crop water could be pumped from dam.

Mobile phone service with Telstra is good due to the tower being approximately 5 km of the property.
With the Deepwater boat ramp not far from the end of Capricornia you can enjoy fishing close to home.
If beaches are more your thing you are spoilt for choice with the beautiful beaches in the Deepwater National Park or the lovely Rules Beach also less than 15 minutes away.
The main 2 boat ramps on Baffle Creek and Baffle Creek township are also approximately 15 minutes away. Rates are approximately $1100 per annum.
