"Aleshia has looked after our property for some 6 years and during that time she has responded promptly to all the issues that have arisen.
She has always been courteous, respectful, thoughtful and has worked with us with integrity. Aleshia has always informed us as soon as possible if there was an issue that required immediate attention. Having done that, Aleshia also provided us with solutions to the issues. She has supported us by exploring available options and costings that allowed us to make informed decisions.
Aleshia is very good at her job, she is extremely professional, calm and has been dedicated to looking after our property and in doing so has acted in our best interest. We have been very pleased and satisfied with Aleshia's management of our property. It has appeared that nothing has been too difficult for her to resolve, which pleases us immensely.
In our absence, Aleshia is the guardian of our property and we thank her.

"I don't know where to start.
Aleshia Laidlaw is one of the best real estate agent's I've ever dealt with.
If not THE BEST.
Aleshia Laidlaw Took over my property when the other agent past away. Aleshia Worked hard. Specially when I tried Queensland housing for the first time and when Queensland housing past responsibility onto tenant to start paying rent.
The tenant stopped paying rent and on the 4th week Aleshia Worked hard and went out of her way to get tenant out. After 4 months Barclays and Aleshia's hard work she finally got her out and we didn't have to go to Court. Saved me money and going to Court.
So I hope Aleshia Laidlaw stays with my house Long as possible. I won't use anyone else now.
Thank you so much Aleshia Laidlaw."

"I couldn't be happier with my experience. From my very first enquiry through to getting everything organised, the process was seamless.

A special thank you to Jennifer, who went above and beyond to help me. They made the application process incredibly easy, explained everything clearly, and had everything sorted so quickly. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made such a difference, and I genuinely appreciated how effortless they made the whole experience.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and this was exactly that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing storage."
