In 2022, we are seeing less owners sell their investments, it definitely has tapered off. We are encouraging more people to buy into the Bundaberg market and buy investment properties. It’s a personal thing if you want to sell your investment property in 2022, it depends on your own circumstances. We as an Agency are seeing less investors sell, many have already sold in the last 12 to 18 months, we are seeing more owner occupiers selling, rather than investors.
