Justin Mayberry is the Principal of First National Real Estate Bundaberg, proudly taking ownership of the business in April 2021. A well-known and respected figure within the Bundaberg business community, Justin has been an established business owner in the region since 2006 and brings over 24 years of management experience to his role.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2017, Justin has built a reputation for professionalism, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to his clients. His hands-on approach sets him apart. He is actively involved in mentoring his team, running one-on-one coaching sessions, and maintaining an open, approachable leadership style that has helped create a stable and high-performing workplace. Many staff have remained with the business long term, reflecting the culture of support and accountability he has helped establish.

Justin plays a direct role in driving business growth, personally managing new rental management enquiries to ensure every client receives a high level of service from the outset. By combining personal relationships with structured systems and data-driven processes, he has contributed to the continued expansion of both the rent roll and sales divisions.

His performance has been recognised at a state level within the First National network. Justin was awarded The Elite Business Development Manager at the 2023 QLD Awards and has continued to rank among the top performers, placing Number 9 in 2024 and Number 7 in 2025. He was also recognised with Gold in Sales at the 2024 First National Queensland Awards and received the Leadership Award at the 2024 Roar Awards, further highlighting his impact within the industry.

Innovation is a key part of Justin’s leadership. He has overseen the implementation of advanced technologies across the business. These improvements have enhanced efficiency, transparency, and communication for both clients and staff. Justin also leads the agency’s digital presence, producing educational content, helping position the business as a trusted voice in the local market.

Outside of the business, Justin is deeply committed to the Bundaberg community. As a qualified Justice of the Peace, he regularly volunteers his time, reflecting his strong values of integrity and service. He has also played an active role in regional development, working with landholders, developers, and stakeholders on projects that support housing supply, investment, and long-term growth.

Justin’s community contribution is further highlighted through his support of local causes, including his involvement with the Paradise Dam Community Group, where he played a key role in advocating for the restoration of critical water infrastructure. His efforts were recognised with a First National Community Award in 2022.
