Since transitioning into the real estate industry in 2017, Justin’s leadership, client-focused approach, and extensive management expertise have been pivotal in driving the success of First National Bundaberg. Justin’s professional achievements are a testament to his dedication and expertise. At the 2024 First National Queensland Awards, he was recognised as one of the Top 10 Business Development Managers of the Year, ranking at number nine, and was awarded Gold in Sales for his outstanding performance. In the previous year, Justin was proud to receive the Elite Award for Business Development Manager. Further highlighting his leadership and industry contribution, he won Gold in the Leadership Award category at the prestigious 2024 Roar Awards.
